Terms of Service – AJ Custom Apparel

1. Overview

Welcome to AJ Custom Apparel. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order.

2. Custom Apparel Sales

AJ Custom Apparel specializes in producing custom business apparel. Because each item is made-to-order and personalized, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except in cases covered under our Return Policy.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

We will gladly provide a replacement if your order meets one of the following criteria:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size from what was ordered

Return Process:
If your order qualifies, email ava@ajcustomapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number in the subject line and attach clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and arrange for a replacement if approved.

4. Production & Shipping Times

  • Production begins once payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).

  • Standard production time is typically 5–10 business days, but may vary based on order volume and complexity.

  • Shipping times are in addition to production time and vary by location.

5. Design Accuracy & Proofing

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production. AJ Custom Apparel is not responsible for errors in designs, colors, or sizing submitted by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. AJ Custom Apparel reserves the right to refuse any design that violates copyright, trademark, or contains offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

AJ Custom Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
