Refund policy

All Sales Are Final – Custom Business Apparel

Due to the nature of custom business apparel, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please double-check sizes, colors, and design details before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions – What Qualifies for a Return:
We will gladly replace your order at no additional cost if:

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a printing error that differs from your approved design

• You receive the wrong item or an incorrect size from what was ordered

Return Process:
If your order qualifies for a replacement, please email ava@ajcustomapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number in the subject line and attach clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
